One on One training with a focus on improving all skill sets in various sports. Sharpening an athlete's all around performance and knowledge of their individual sport. EST's individual training maximizes a player's ablility to perform at high levels against top competitors.

 

This program is intended to polish and fine tune skills to take your game to the next leve!!  This is great for beginners or experienced athletes.

            GROUP TRAINING

 

Enhance Sports Training's group sessions incompasses a wide variety of drills that are transferable to various sports. Group sessions are mainly focused on SPEED, AGILITY, and CORE exercises.

This program is soley based on random ethuised athletes who want to increase STAMINA, STRENGTH, and SPEED.

            CORPORATE TRAINING

 

Corporate training increases the development of an organizations program by providing a structured layout of techniques, practice/workout scheduling, and coaching clinics.

This program is for all high school, middle school, Pop-Warner, YFL, and club organizations whom are interested in maximizing practice efficiency. Also encouraging positive player/coach realationships which leads to program growth and team unity.
